2. Scope of Offerings

We provide personal growth coaching, digital learning programs, and branded merchandise designed to support life transformation education.

3. Enrollment and Fees

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. All fees are due at the time of purchase and are non-transferable unless expressly stated in this policy.

4. Delivery

Digital materials are delivered through a secure online portal. Physical items ship within seven business days to the address you provide at checkout.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please review the applicable section below based on the type of offering you purchased.

5.1 Coaching Services

If you cancel at least 72 hours prior to a scheduled session, you may transfer that session to a future date at no extra charge. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before a session are not eligible for a refund due to resource planning and limited availability. Unused package sessions may be credited and applied toward future bookings within six months of purchase.

5.2 Digital Courses and Guides

Requests for a refund must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are eligible only if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed. To submit a request, please use our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

5.3 Physical Merchandise

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund within 10 business days to the original payment method.

5.4 Non-Refundable Offerings

Live group intensives, retreats, and seminars are strictly non-refundable due to high fixed expenses and limited seating. Transfers to a future event date may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
